who you are buying from
Paddle.com is the merchant of record. They sell the licence to you, take the payment, file the tax and handle returns, and your receipt comes from them. Lukas Oppenheimer is the author and supplier of the software.
Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction. These terms apply to the software.
activation
Activating writes a signed licence file to that device and uses one of your two seats. The plug-in reads that file locally, without a network connection. Revoking a device on your account page frees the seat, and aquirosa stops running on that device at its next check. Checks happen at regular intervals but do not have to succeed: once a device is activated, the plug-in keeps working offline indefinitely.
updates
Every 1.x is included. There are no plans for a 2.x release, however we reserve the right to charge an upgrade fee. We do not promise a release schedule, but we will keep the plug-in compatible and fix bugs for the foreseeable future.
If you are experiencing any issues, please write to support@aquirosa.com
delivery
As soon as the payment clears, you get an email with a link that signs you in to your account, which holds your license and installers.
refunds

the software is supplied as it is
We do not warrant that aquirosa is free of defects, that it will run in every host on every system, or that it will do the particular thing you have in mind. So far as the law allows, our liability for anything arising out of the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
support
Reach out to support@aquirosa.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
privacy
We hold an email address, a hashed identifier for each activated device, and the record of the purchase.
The privacy page lists all of it, along with the companies that handle it.
changes
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version in force on the day you bought is the one that applies to your purchase. This page shows the date it last changed.
