There is no trial version. Instead, we sell aquirosa in full and make the first two weeks reversible.

how to get refund

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com. They issue the refund and it lands back on the card that paid. Two ways to ask:

• Fastest route: Reply to your receipt, or use the link in it, and ask for a refund.
• Alternatively write to support@aquirosa.com and we will start it for you. Please write from or include the email address you bought with so we can find your order.

Once your refund is approved it'll usually be processed within a few working days.

what happens to the licence

A refunded licence is revoked and its activations are lost.

aquirosa queries whether its license is revoked every so often and is deactivated if so. The plugin remains installed and still loads but stops processing audio and prompts for a licence.

after fourteen days

The fourteen days are not a strict cut-off. Write to us anyway if the plug-in will not run on your system, if an update broke something we cannot fix, or if something else has genuinely gone wrong.

We will not refund a licence that has been resold or shared, or a chargeback opened without asking us first.

your statutory rights

If you are buying as a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Nothing here reduces that right or asks you to waive it. Where these terms are more generous than the law requires, the more generous one applies.
